Online Training

This is our flagship service!

Online coaching clients will receive personalized training and diet programs which will be streamlined into the Shelko Fitness custom app. The trainer will be able to communicate via the app with videos guaranteeing proper training protocol as well as being able to keep track of all the workout and diet metrics that the client logs for each day. Everything is completely accounted for. Clients are also guided every step of the way with UNLIMITED SUPPORT 24/7! Weekly scheduled check-in meetings will occur, ensuring the client is staying on track and progressing towards their goal.

Monthly Online Training Packages

3 month Block-1500$

Optional Month to Month Extension after 3 Months- 400$ per Month

In-Person Training

With this service we are able to train clients at their preferred location/gym or the location of the trainer. In Person training includes diet guidelines and a fully customized work out program specific to each client’s goals. A customized meal plan is not included with the In Person training fee but can be purchased for an additional one time fee of 75$ if paired with one of the monthly packages below

Monthly Packages

5 sessions/week(20 total)-1200$(60$/hr)

Flat Rate Workout Plans

If clients prefer to have a workout program designed for them without any continued involvement with a trainer, we can accommodate that request.
